2019 MV WINS and Sip & Savor Events was a way to have fun while supporting a great nonprofit--Fonkoze! Fonkoze breaks the cycle of poverty in Haiti.

The class covers wine production from the soil to the glass;  including but not limited to growing soil and climate impact on wine, harvesting, fermentation, barrels, cooperage, acid and tannin, how to read wine labels, top ten wine words and their meaning, food pairings, tasting five (5) types of white, and more.
